Management Team


Gary Walker, Vice President

Prior to joining JEMS, Gary has spent over 20 years of executive management experience in the EMS industry. Gary and 2 partners founded SMTC Mfg Corp in 1989 and led the expansion into the US in 1995 opening a facility in San Jose, CA. Gary held a corporate Executive VP position, helping grow the business to its peak of $850 million in revenue, 9 sites globally with over 5000 employees.

Pam Walke, Manufacturing Operations Manager

Pam has over 20 years of experience in product development and manufacturing. Prior to joining JEMS, Pam worked for a medical equipment manufacturer. Pam has also served as Vice President, General Manager of SMTC in San Jose, CA. Prior to SMTC she served as Director of Advanced Development at Fineline Design Inc. prior to the acquisition by Flextronics Intl. Inc.

Leigh Miller, Program Management

Leigh has over 20 years experience in the EMS industry and program management. Prior to joining JEMS, Leigh worked for a medical equipment manufacturer in charge of Business Development. Leigh has also served as Director of Program Management for SMTC – San Jose, CA and as a Sr. Program Manager for Solectron, Inc. with responsibility of managing programs with revenues in excess of $100M annually.

Andy Williams, Materials Manager

Andy has over 20 years experience in the Military, OEM, EMS industries working with materials. Prior to joining JEMS, Andy worked for a telecom­munication equipment manufacturer. Andy has experience in negotiations, supply chain management, component distribution, inventory control, purchasing and contract review. Andy has also served as Director of Operations for Sorrento Networks, Supply Chain Manager for Zhone Technologies, Purchasing Manager for LeeMAH Electronics and a Supply Sergeant in the US Army.

Linda Bezoni, Inventory/Cost Analyst

Linda has over 20 years experience in the EMS industry with experience in component distribution, production and materials. Linda has been involved in multiple MRP software project management implementations, establishing web based supply chain tools and integrating financial/materials software systems. Linda previously worked for SMTC San Jose as the Materials Manager.

Greg Del Brocco, Quality and Compliance Manager

Greg has over 20 years experience, with 15+ years of combined experience in Quality Assurance and Production Management in the electronics manufacturing industry. He has provided leadership roles for managing quality assurance programs and regulatory strategies. Greg has served in the United States Air Force for 16 year as a Nuclear Weapons Specialist Technical Sargent engaged in Research and Developmental Weapons Testing while maintaining a TS/SSBI/SAR with CNWDI (Critical Nuclear Weapons Design Information) security clearance. He was engaged in the development of GPS- guided bombs which are currently used by the Air Force.
