User visible changes in the firmware version 3.4.12 since version 3.4.11.

                             Highlights.

1. TRIUMPH-1/TRIUMPH-4: fix possible problem in USB chip
   initialization.

2. FTP, TCP servers: fix problem when servers start to deny all
connections after an application quickly aborts connection even
before the connection is fully established.

3. TCP server: improve stability by eliminating a few causes of
   potential server hangs.

4. Fix receiver reboots during file transfers over USB.

5. CMR messages output: fix buffer overflow leading to exception when
number of SVs of single system is more than 16.

6. File push: fix incompatibility with Windows_NT FTP servers.

7. GPRS: fix problem introduced in 3.4.11 that leads to receiver
   exceptions.

8. FTP server: fix minor misbehavior on (unsupported) CHMOD command.

9. Prevent receiver hang at hardware reset invoked from firmware.

10. File push: fix a few causes of deadlocks and exceptions.

11. Fixed bug in the output of '%X%print,/log/FILE&content' with
non-empty command ID (no RE message, garbage at the end of
    output).

12. FTP server: fix files modification time format in file list
output. It was output without hours and minutes.

13. Fixed possible cause of exception during receiver shutdown.

14. Fixed computation of PDOP when /par/pos/kfk/mode is on and less
than 4 satellites are used in position computation.

15. Fixed eternal blocking of position computation if very wrong
    position is once computed.

16. /par/net/stat/route: output the first 10 elements of the table
even when entire table is larger. Empty table was output in this
    case, that is very surprising.

17. TCP server: fix denies of connect when number of used sockets in
the system becomes higher than 31 (e.g, due to connections to TCP
    output server).

18. TCP output server: close sockets as soon as clients close them,
not to spare limited internal resource.
