User visible changes in the firmware version 3.0.0 since version 3.0.0b32.

1. Default message set has been changed.

2. Preliminary support of GPS L5 has been added.

3. Support of high memory boards (with last symbol 'H' in their names) has been implemented.

4. SNR estimation hase been made less noisy.

5. Mutlipath reduction (MPR) has been improved.

6. Oscillator guiding (for TRE boards) has been improved.

7. RTK performance with corections got from third-party receivers and VRS has been improved.

17. Negative GLONASS frequency numbers now used in RTK status message correctly.

18. The RTCM3 decoder has been updated for messages 1001, 1002, 1009, 1010,
    1019, 1020, 1017, 1030, 1031, 1032, 1033.
